EQUALITY

Cranbury College's Equality Information and Objectives can be found in the attachment below.

Cranbury College Equality objectives draw on the protected characteristics referred to in the Equalities Act 2010.

The Local Advisory Board and staff of Cranbury College are committed to raising the standards of teaching and learning in order to raise achievement.  Specifically, to ensure that, regardless of need:

  • Reduce, and where possible eliminate, any difference in performance, especially between boys and girls and between those with special education needs or disabilities and their peers.
  • Develop further structures to support students with behavioural and emotional conditions.
  • To promote cultural understanding and awareness of different religious beliefs between different ethnic groups within our school community
  • Continue our work with staff and students to ensure that discrimination, harassment and prejudice are not tolerated, and action is effective to prevent and deal with them.

Our Accessibility Plan is available on our Key Policies page along with other relevant policies.
