A multi-faceted flexible pathway built on the principle that there is more than one way to succeed.

Succeed includes outreach support to help young people succeed in their existing school, a dedicated tutoring team for those unable to access the classroom, and year-long vocational Hair and Beauty and Trades courses.

Through these varied routes through our Succeed pathway, young people develop practical skills, grow in confidence and prepare for adulthood.

The Succeed team also supports our Launch and Elevate pathways, helping young people successfully return to mainstream education.
